Since 2002 I've been having nightmares. I was diagnosed with schizo, but this doesn't discount the fact that I have trouble sleeping. And I looked somewhere online and it said that chronic disturbed sleep leads to signs of insanity.
They're a lot less frequent now. I am on meds etc. For awhile my sleep involved a lot of being awake, switching places to sleep. Eating something.
If I stay up too late my nightmares will be more. So I go to bed at a good time.
