Q: Night urine

Hello doc,
I'm 22 years old and i live in country that it's government force me to go to MILITARY for 2 years.
I can EXEMPT myself about Military with sleeping a night in a government hospital and STOOL in my bed but i have a problem ,
I test it at my home last night and i found that it's very hard to stool in bed.
please give me a way to do this hell.
