I have a nickel-sized bump on the lower part of my left labia and it seems to swell up after sex. it feels like it is full of air almost, not painful just inconveinent. what could it be?

Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the labial bump that you describe without examining it. If the symptoms have been persistent, you should consider getting it examined by your doctor/gynecologist. Treatment options and excision (if suitable) would be suggested to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
