Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If periods have not occurred at expected period time or within 10 days of expected period time, you can consider getting repeat test (as you can have false negative results during early pregnancy). If the repeat blood HCG level done after 10 days of missed or altered periods, comes back negative, it will rule out pregnancy. If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be done to look for the underlying cause for the absent/missed periods that you describe. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get your period and regulate them. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
