Q: Newly developed ulcer

I have just been diagnosed with an ulcer. I am taking medication, however my throat is now really hurting...and i have a really sharp pain. I believe the pain is right near the brest bone. Is that sharp pain common? And can someone please tell me if exercise is a good idea while having an ulcer?

well the newly diagnosed ulcers are of concern,my advice to u is to take antiulcer medications regulary and add some antibiotics in it ....u can go for exercise.....
