Q: newborn neck pimples

hi again

my baby has developed some flat like pimples around his entire neck. is this normal? i know it is normal for them to have pimples on their face and he has had those already but these are not pimples but shape that way that covers his neck and goes up to his ears. he also has very dry, peeling rash on his entire face. is this normal? please help.

My 3rd baby have that and the face rash with dryness around his neck may be a heat rush that looks like pimples you can get baby cream from the cemist or coles and the face dryness rash take he to see your doctor only because me baby had slap face and that a dry rash all over his face ....
