Hi everyone,

I have stumbled across this site by the International Society for Mental Health (ISFMH) which teaches you how to overcome your anxiety with immediate results. The method used is not outdated, such as deep breathing, positive affirmations, distractions, NLP or hypnosis. It is an advanced technique which takes just seconds to implement and you can do it anywhere.

I hope this helps. Razz
