Question
I have started the nuva ring in August of this year.. I was doing great when i first started it. Well then all these weird things started to happen to me.. I got blured vision for no reason. I couldnt see while i was walking down the street. I am really tired all of a sudden and dont want to be awake at all. I feel down all the time.. and I have a weird discharge that has never happened before i got this new birthcontrol. I have gain a little wait but not excessively.
My actual Doctor didnt prescribe it to me either. She sent me to a Different Doctor to get the Merina Birth control but when i got there she said it wasnt for me cause i was too young and havent had any children yet and she didnt want me to take any chances of getting an infection and not being able to have a child in the future.
So i agreed to take this but I am seriously having second thoughts on this new and "great" birth control.. It doesnt make me feel so great and i dont think that i should keep using something that makes me so unhappy and ect.
anyone with even a little bit of help... it would be greatly appreciated!

It's not for everyone.

If you're having side effects, and it sounds like you are, then you should speak with your doctor about getting another form of birth control.

I started using the Nuva Ring about 3months ago and i just recently took ,mine out and i started to feel weak i couldnt even stand up i was throwing up back to back my head was hurting i really did not want to move at all. It hurt wen i laid down it hurt when i stood up i just wanted to shoot myself and get it over with. So i understand your pain and i am thiking about stopping my use of the nuva ring as well, but i have PCOS so i need the birth control.
