Ive just been told by my insurance company that the existing illinois law that covers my full-time student child after the age of 21, which happens for her in mid june, is superseded by the brand new federal coverage that doesn''t take effect until 2011. I don''t understand how something not in effect can supersede something that is...

Good question...think I would speak with someone else at that insurance company...you may find a different answer.
