my 3 month old baby has never passed a bowl movement on his own any suggestions i have tried changing his milk to a non allergic but still nothing i have to start stimulating him first then he pushes but i still have to pull it out ??

What does his pediatrician think about this? It sounds pretty serious for him not to be able to have a bowel movement without your help.

he has to go in to the hospital on tue im really worried

Poor baby! I hope they find something simple and make him feel better soon. I can just imagine how worried you are. Have you done any research on this? Keep us posted. Hopefully if anyone else has ever experienced this with their baby they can shed some light for you.

i would ask baby's doctor to refer you to a specialist... this is not normal and your doctor can only do so much since he/ she does not specialize in digestive problems.
