My 15 days old grandson appears to be dull,does not cry much.His blood count shows neutrophills 39 and lymphocytes 59 and c-reactive protein result-negative.Other blood counts normal.Other things normal.Does this require medical treatment?

Hi there
I am not a doctor but have a sone who has a heart defect.It was discovered at his 2 month chek-up.He was dull and not crying much.As a grandmother I woud suggest to have his heart checked.Our son was almost dead by the time they found out what was wrong with him.PLease let me know how things go.
