neuropathy

Hi, I have had diabetes for 18 years (only take pills) plus blood pressure meds. So, have ED problems but pills and rings work somewhat.blood sugar and bp are under control however, my big problem is apparent penile neuropathy in that even when I can achieve an erection the lack of feeling prevents me from reaching organism during intercourse. With masturbation I can make it work. I've been told there is nothing to help nerve damage but have tried hot compress to stimulate circulation with little success. I suspect that part of the problem is I don't achieve 100% erection most of the time so feeling is minimized. Has anyone had a similar experience with any successful correction? Thanks
