Q: Neuropathy in foot

For the last two months I have not been able to move my left foot in tapping position (like tapping your foot to music). There is no pain, I have not had any injuries or muscle strain. My family dr. refered me to a neurologist but my appointment isn't for 3 weeks. I am currently taking 200 mg of Lamical twice a day for seizures. I would like to know if this sounds like neuropathy or if anyone else has experienced this.
