Several years ago I was diagnosed with poli neuropathy. This has gotten gradually more painfu as the years have gone by. Just recently I licked my lips and felt like I was licking pure salt, very srong. My nose started running and that was really salty too. Is this a sympton of diabets?

Nether "salty lips" nor salty nose secretion are sign of diabetes. Diabetes can be diagnosed only by measuring the glucose level in the blood.
What is your fasting blood glucose level?
What did doctors say about that neuropathy?
