My symptoms are steadily getting worse, worse tinnitus, more pain. I did get a recommendation to check out a local dentist- whow anted 7500$ at my first apt!!! Called another in Seattle and he wanted $3,000 for treatment. Does anyone know why such the big difference in price?

I would shop around a bit more and see what other dentist charge. And then contact your insurance company and see what the going rate would be in that area. You may be surprised.

Dentist generally charge around the same ballpark figure however these two appear to be playing different games.
