Hi My cousin had a spoil grand daughter who doesnt want too go to school she would act like she having a seizure tongue hang out and salva eyes rolling back ,paramedic when too see her and said that shes faking it but her grandmother said shes not and feels no one believe her,is she faaking it or is it real.

Thanks for using this forum.....

Childrens at times try out these acts but they shouldnot be taken lightly...You have to know whether child has seen such acts anywhere to encourage him to do so??Also you should evaluate the child with a neurologist to see for any actual signs of disease... a few pointers are...
. does the child during the episode looses his consciousness....

. does the child pass urine..

.does the breathing pattern change and she turns blue or cyanosed..

If any of these happens it may be a seizure in reality....
