Q: Nervous system infections and a second opinion

My question is am I crazy, because i think something is wrong? I am always Tired my palms are sweaty, i have this butterfly rash that is more apparent on certain days, I get dizzy spells and headaches. Could this all be associated to my Sinusitis or is it something else. What doctor should I see and what should I do. I am only 25 I should not be this tired.

Most of the symptoms you reported (tired, dizziness, sweaty palms, pain and numbness, night sweats) might be related to the autonomous nervous system. To test it you might visit another neurologist for a second opinion. Also, there is a possibility that an infection of the nervous system has occurred. What kind of infection it is, can not be told without further tests. So, a visit to a specialist for infective diseases might be recommended, too.
