i am suffering from palilalia.I repeat the same sentences again and again and too loudly.I had the habit of continously muttering irrelevant sentences loudly. One day while muttering sentences I felt something wrong in the topmost part of the brain as if some nerves/blood vessels were damaged.I started becoming tired very soon and if i worked for longer periods(more than an hour)i felt uncomfortable in my mind and brain(topmost part). What should i do???

You should consider talking to a neurologist about what you are experiencing.
