Q: nerve twitching

for two days i have been having the nerves in my left hand and finger tips twitching. it started with just my thumb and the next day it was both my thumb and my index finger. now on day three my forearm and my upper along with my hand and fingers are twitching eraticaly. what can i do to resolve this or what is going on with me.
