My question is just what is nerve root dilation?My MRI I had done awhile back says I have nerve root dilatation at every level of the lumbar spine,Small foraminal masses at every level,syrinx at level T11-T12Degenerative disease in both hips.Soft tissue masses in pelvis
What treatment should I look for.When this MRI was done the doctor said he would not do surgrey on me and sent me to another doctor but I wasn't able to go and have put it off.Is any of this serious.I am in constant pain but for me the pain has been part of my life for a few years.Please help me.
