I would like to say I have now had 5 cysts on my left labia, three of which they lanced off, then I had the gland removed, only to not be able to get out of bed anyway but to roll out....my husband had to clean the area for me, and said I was black and blue, and my lip looked like a penis!!! I was promised that once I got the gland removed the cysts would never come back....well let me tell you, THEY SURE DO!! not only do I have extreme nerve damage, to the point that when I am able to have any form of intercourse, that it takes 2-3 days before I can do it again, (my husband works away for 24 days at a time and is only home 4 days a month) so we get to be intimate with each other 1 day a month maybe 2 if we are real lucky.now I just got another cyst the day before my first yr anniversary.... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! was back in the O.R having yet another cyst removed, so that was in June it is now October and have to go see the Dr. tomorrow cuz I have (IMAGINE ANOTHER CYST) so we will see what they can do about the nerve damage but the constant cysts that I was never supposed to get after I had that gland removed.... as far a lubrication ladies, your other gland will work twice as hard to produce extra lube, if not then use some jelly of some sort. but yes my sex life has be ruined, my vagina looks like hamburger, I have severe pain and discomfort, and I still get the damn cysts

What is the nerve damage like? Do you feel a throbbing pain after intercourse? Take some ibuprofen and try not to aggravate it.
All I can say is my prayers are with you, I had my gland removed in july and at the moment I'm feeling some crazy pain, it feels like a dull pain reminiscent of getting a cyst attack. I'm completely paranoid about cysts reoccuring, this happens when they didn't remove all the tissue there was in there.. Isnt this such crap though? They can come up with crazy stupid solutions for other body parts but nothing solid on this.
Let me know what happened with the dr!!
