My 14yr old son had today what i thought was to be his final app a sign off. He was born with a club foot and wore a splint up until he was 11. He hasn't had surgery. At his app today the doctor said he wanted my son to go for a MRI scan to check for nerve damage as he wasn't responding with the reactions he should be. On his upper leg and torso. Could you please explain to me how this wasn't picked up before and what it means? I've come away completely in shock and not really understanding what this could mean for my son.
