How significant are BAER and SSEP tests in diagnosing MS? Despite my MRI showing lesions on the posterior areas of both the cervical and thoracic spinal cord, and my having weird feelings in my left leg (slightly decreased sensation at times, weird tingling/cramping when lying down), both tests came back normal. My doc is still leaning toward me having MS.
Is it still entirely likely that that's it? Or could it be slightly less likely due to the negative tests?
