I am now 7 days late and I am very regular so this is odd for me. I have a discharge too and last week I threw-up 2 times, also smells are more prominent to me and I also have some back pain. The food thing too and i had some cramping for 2 days and then it was gone. I have taken 2 test and both neg, we have been trying for almost a year. I know what it's like to be watching your symptoms & wondering 'could it be.." It sounds like you're having symptoms for sure but stress can also delay your period. The best thing to do would be to visit your doctor if you still haven't gotten it.
