Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. In view of the anovulatory cycles, Iâll suggest consulting a gynecologist and getting a detailed workup done. It should include FSH â tells us about the premature failure of the ovaries, LH - In combination with FSH, helps establish a diagnosis of PCOS â Polycystic ovarian syndrome in which LH/FSH ratio >2:1, TSH to rule out Hypothyroidism, Prolactin to rule Hyperprolactinemia, blood glucose to rule out diabetes mellitus.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
