Hello:

Hoping my mind would be at ease. I have to ask a question that will determine my future. My husband of seven years marriage has addmitted he went to a adult club while I was away on vacation. During his time at the adult club, he sat down and he got stuck with a needle. I don't know how severe the needle stuck was, but now he form a sense of paranoia, cold sweats at night, nasuea, and he cannot sleep. He thinks he is going to ge a STD from having this needle stick. What are the chances of him contracting a deadly disease? My husband did go to the doctor for a full blood work and everything is negative. Please help me! sadhug pray

Vashtip16,

I know. When I am away my beloved husband goes to the strip club.

A needle could have anything in it. HIV, Hep C, anything. This is not a needle prick it is more like a needle injection because he sat on it. Poor guy.

He is definitely stressed out and needs to be seen by a doctor for all the symptoms. It could be stress, an infection or both...

When you say full blood work, what tests did he get? Was it blood sugar, HIV, Hep C or what? You have to ask specifically for a HIV test.

A good blood work test for HIV demands that one wait three months from the point of supposed infection and get tested. Then wait another three months and repeat the test.

Also, when did this happen? The best suggestion I can give is that you seek counseling, tell the doctor what you just told me and use protection until this matter is resolved.

Take heart and thanks for coming here to look for help.

Keep praying. You'll be shown the way. For better or worse...
