needle prick in nightclub do i have hiv/aids?

i was in a nightclub in spain dancing with my friends minding my buisnuess when i felt a sharp jab in the back of my arm i turned around and a man was standing there , i then felt my arm and there was a lump there where i felt the jabbing, since then i have had bad headache i felt verry tired also sweating at nights and most reasently i had a lump under my armpit and in the back of my neck i hear these are all symtoms of early hiv so do you think i have been given hiv/aids ?
