I am alomst 16 years old and i had intercourse with my boyfriend and i am supposed to get married to him very soon. I need help to help me find out if i am pregnant. I have had intercourse about 1 week and 3 days before my expected period. I got my period but it was very light on the first day and my periods are very heavy the first day and last about 5 to 7 days. What advice could you give me over this i would like to know asap! Thanks.

Extremely eHealthy
If you've menstruated since intercourse you're not likely pregnant. You can take a home pregnancy test 14 days after sex and they're pretty reliable.

Usually if you have a period it means that you aren't pregnant, however with both of my pregnancies the first period was very light and only lasted a couple of days where they are normally heavy and last a week. I would definitly take a home pregnancy test!
