Hi

I have been on Yasmin pill for a year then i stopped it end of march and my cycle has been very good (regular-28 to 30days)
Currently my husband is coming to town on the 16th of June and i am really worried i would get my period when he does and i really need to postpone it in a way or another
I didn't think about it before because he didnt plan to come so early
My last period was on may 19th and i am starting to feel some stomach pain and i am expecting my period on Tuesday itself!!!!
is there anything i can do to avoid getting it on Tuesday and delay it by 2 to 3 days only?? maybe start yasmin pills now?

Thank you so much!

start a new pack! keep taking the pills and you wont get it! dont take the sugar pills cause then youll get your period. just call your dr. and say you lost your bc pills and need a new pack.

But don't stop the pack after your husband leaves. You said you only wanted it delayed for two or three days, but finish the next pack anyway after skipping your period. If possible, never quit in the middle of a pack or you'll throw your cycle off.

Skipping your period is one of the main advantages of BC pills, if you ask me. I skip for like three or four months at a time. I don't know why they don't tell women about this more. If I were the drug companies, I would be putting "skip your periods!" on billboards.
