One more test then and that is it.
Testing is not an exposure. It is a process that you must go through to get your test results. You have to trust yourself. Embrace yourself as a person who has gone through the process of testing and found NOT to have HIV. You've had several testings even. I really commend you for that. Maybe you have an obsession about the whole HIV thing. Please let go after this other test that I don't think you need and trust the lab. They know what they are doing.
I think you need a counselor.
Why are you doing this to yourself?

You would have to wait three months from the day you went to the lab. The day you think you might have been exposed. Maybe that is the thing to do. Nothing else but wait three months. If it is still necessary for you to take the test after three months, then go for it.
Which part of the world are you in? The reason I am asking is because most developed countries are very good with the lab work.
About anxiety and symptoms, it is likely that stressing yourself out will cause your body to be diseased with all sorts of things. Be careful with that and stop being in denial about your wonderful test results.
Here's to hoping you find closure.
Cheers
