Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

I am really sorry to hear about you.First of all PCOD itself causes problems in conception due to hormonal imbalance.Though having one ovary and fallopian tube can also lead to conception if regular ovulation is occuring and hormonal levels are fine. But it would require a detailed examination and investigations to comment.
You can also think of IVF as many woman conceive well these days by this method.
It may take few chances but pregnancy is possible.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for examination and evaluation.
Take care!
