Need Advice On Britax CarSeat!!! Posted: 09-19-08 08:36am
My baby is 6 months old and I've been
sporting him around in a Graco Snugrider.
However, it seems like he's a bit cramped
up in there now that he's older and I was
thinking it's time to upgrade! I've been
looking at the Britax Marathon as my next
carseat but wanted to hear from others
about what carseats they've been using and
pros/cons with them. Also, if you've used
the Britax Marathon can you please give me
some pointers! Thx! =)

i love the marathon! my son is in one now
and we're getting one soon for our
daughter. it rear-faces for up to 33 lbs
and forward faces for up to 65. it has one
of the higher height limits, so it's a
great seat to invest in. unlike other
convertible seats you'll most likely be
able to go from the marathon to a booster
once they outgrow it. it also could not be
easier to install. it's a great seat and i
highly recommend it!
eta: and as a bonus, if you have a smaller
vehicle, the marathon takes up less room
than the snugride even when the marathon
is rear-facing. which means more leg room
up front!
