I have been experiencing neck, shoulder, left arm numbness and swelling plus headaches. Went to ergent care had x-rays and evaluation. Was told that I am having cervical muscle spasms. Any sugguesion on how to treat? Was given meds and they are not helping pain is so bad it makes me sick to my stomach. Should I get my neck and back adjusted or leave it alone and see a specialist?
