Its been about 3-4 years now since I felt something pull in my right shoulder/neck area. The pain i get when i try to turn my head to the right makes it hard to drive, and is generally uncomfortable. Also I get pain in my shoulder sometimes, which i find to be bothersome.
I know it has been a very long time, but i would like to try fix this problem. I currently cant see my doctor, because i am unemployed. So i am coming here too look for options as to how to fix this.
Is there a way to tell of it is a tendon, or a muscle causing this problem? What kinds of therapy/healthy eating can i do to help the healing process? Would a massage be a good idea, to help get the ball rolling?
I recently started doing some therapy that i found on the internet for my neck. As for my shoulder I have started doing push ups. Anyways, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Id like to see this injury heal up, i hate being hurt. Anything i can do just let me know.
Thank You
