I have neckpain that seems to come and go all the time for about a year. It radiates from the top of my collarbone up to my lower jawbone. And it is only in the left side. If i turn my head all the way to the left and slowly raise my chin as high as i can i can feel something almost roll or pop in the are that is irritating which relieves the pain and irritation for a while but is always sure to come back. I have tried muscle relaxers, aspirin, icy hot, ben gay, tigerbalm, heat pad, cold pak, xray, and even a next stretcher which all feel good temporarily but i cant get it to just go away. Some days it is just almost unbareable and somedays it is hardly noticeable, any ideas on what i can do would be great!
Thanks!
