do you get ear pain and gnawing pain on top of your head

I too get neck pain and I have pressure on myforehead everyday.for the past 6 months to a year I've had this and the doctors tell me it's stress. I'm wondering if I have a pinched nerve or something. I get to the point where it feels like I'm gonna pass out. I know this isn't normal is there anyone else out there that feels this way too. I haven't seen a chirpractor yet I've seen a neurologist and have gone thru mri but everyhting was negative. But I still feel wierd.
