My neck sometimes feels as if it wants to move by itself. I can control it but if I let it go without resistance it will move my head to the sides, back, or in circles and open my mouth. Sometimes I get tired fighting it and just let it happen, and ill just be sitting there with my neck back and my mouth open looking dumb for like a minute.

Your neuromuscular structural problem is not uncommon. The muscles and nerves are not working in harmony. See your family doctor with a referral to neurologist.
