Neck Lump Biopsy Tomorrow!

I'm super anxious about my 8am excisional neck biopsy tomorrow. I first discovered the lump on May 12th, and had two ultrasounds and a ct scan which identified a 1cm mass in my neck, 1cm in my abdomen.

I coincidentally had major symptoms, night sweats, weight loss, fevers, even an itchless rash on my neck starting May 15th.

The symptoms peaked in a week but subsided after two weeks and this past week I have no symptoms. HOWEVER since last month my lymph node has over doubled in size and feels to be more than 2 cm.

I'm scared because when my surgeon first met me and felt my node, it was only around 1cm, and he doubted it was lymphoma. But he will be surprised to find a 2.5 cm egg tomorrow morning.

I need to somehow let him know. As you know, it's impossible to contact medical staff on the weekend. Do you think I can tell the surgeon my concern before surgery tomorrow?
