it all started with severe arm and shoulder pain with numbness and tingling had a mri said heriated disc at 6c-7 with bones spurs the pain is getting very bad and now sttarting up my neck to my head could the new pain also be from my disc also losing muscle strengh in that arm left arm keep dropping things dr mentioned surg is that what i should do
