I just took a pregnancy test Monday and it was positive. But for the past week or so I've had horrible neck pain and lower back pain. It's even got to the point where I'm overly nauseated and barely want to do anything as a result. It also has given me a constant headache as well as somewhat a stiff neck. Is this something serious or is it normal? I'm currently trying to get an appointment with an OB but didn't know if it was serious or just apart of the ride..
