Hello, and thank you for your medical question on e Health Forum.

From the available history, the symptom of abdominal discomfort, bloating, nausea could probably be due to a number of disorders including hepatitis, gall stone disease, Gastro Esophageal Reflux disease or Peptic ulcer disease.

This can be diagnosed by a physical examination and based on the physical findings, investigations including blood tests , ultrasound for liver, etc can be done.

Treatment for gastric reflux, peptic ulcer disease would be via diet and lifestyle modification, weight reduction, physical exercise, and medications.

OTC antacids (Tums, Mylanta) or omeprazole (acid reducing medications) will help your symptoms.

You might consider consulting your physician or a gastroenterologist for additional evaluation and treatment.

I hope this helps.
