Basically, my question is simple. Is my vision good enough to drive tomorrow?

Background:
My vision was -2.5 (20/200?) 2 years ago, both eyes.
My vision worsened to -3.5 (20/250?) 1 year ago, both eyes.
I'm sure my vision is worse now; in fact I know it is. I don't know what though. I have an appointment soonish, but I need to go to work tomorrow.

Problem:
I have to drive to go to work tomorrow, but my last pair of my -3.5 contacts ripped. Now I still have a pair of the -2.5 contacts, and I believe the curvature and everything is the same (I think; it doesn't change much does it?)

The minimum eyesight for driving is 20/70 or better in at least one eye. The question isn't if I'm legal, but if it's safe. I assume though that 20/70 is safe.

Since my prescription is currently -3.5, but I am wearing -2.5, does that mean I have -1.0 sight with those old contacts on? According to the internet, -1.0 is 20/50, which would be okay.

However, my -3.5 prescription is a year old, but I have no idea what it is now. If I lost -1.0 over my first year, what do you think I lost my second year with ideal circumstances?

Basically, my question is simple. Is my vision good enough to drive tomorrow?
