This is honestly a question I couldn't answer while remaining objective.
I honestly believe there's something wrong with this scenario. I don't think it's normal. I can't give you specific reasons other then it's definitely not the norm.

I only masturbate when my parents are home.Dont know the fear of getting caught makes it better.
As for the question:
There is something wrong about it.At least act like u dont want to be caught.Yea shes ur mom she wouldnt say anything to you,but it really would feel awkward like she knows ure doing it and u still keep jerking off.
Quit it..Go to your room and finish the job
My parents know I masturbate,i mean who doesnt masturbate? But that doesnt mean that my parent can watch me doing it..

The question sounds fake however if it is true then whether or not it is normal is really according current societal norms. If you read about other cultures and a little history of sexuality you will learn about all kinds of behaviors that aren't 'normal' according to today's standards. 'Normal' really isn't the question that you should ask; is it harmful is the important question. I'd guess that because societal norms tell us what we should and shouldn't do behavior that goes against societal norms could be harmful due to fealings of guilt, disgust, taboo & etc. that the behavior may provoke. Thus, the context of which a behavior occurs in is important. Also, 'norms' vary from place to place and even amongst families. Some are eccentric and more liberal while others may be more conventional and conservative. What's normal for your family, for you, for your mom and wihtin your community? If your behavior contradicts any of these there there is potential for harm. If not then yank away.
