Can anyone tell me if the near daily diarrhea stops after having your Gallbladder removed?. Between it, and the gas and gurgling and nausea (some days), and then the episodes of horrid pain, I can't wait to have this thing removed!.

Your diarrhea may or may not be related to your gallstone disease, and so there can certainly be no guarantee that your diarrhea and gas pains will resolve after surgery. If you are having the classical right upper abdominal pain and nausea that occurs with gallstones (biliary colic), then the odds are very high that these particular symptoms will resolve after surgery.
