i have a headache for over a week. now i have a stiff painful neck can't move it..i feel very weak,in bed almost all day,have low grade fever 99.9 /100.5 i'm cold or sweating cold, cold hands cold feet, chills but the pain is getting worst the neck pain just started yesterday wat could it be.... thank you in advance
