Q: 2nd abortion

After my first abortion I went under mild depression. My mother knew about it and insisted I get the procedure done. Not only me and partner ready for the (financially and we are both in school) child my family wasn't either. My mother was dramatically affected by this incident. Unfortunately, I conceived again. This time I didn't want to bring my mother into it to avoid worrying her more! Anyways, I believe I have gotten a pelvic infection through my second abortion. I went to the doctors and she asked me if this was my first or 2nd. I said second. She replied "what are you making a contraception out of this?" I felt really bad about and in a sense I should. Well my question is can a doctor say something like that?

bo she shouldn't have said anything like that. Even though its not healthy to keep doing it and its your life the doctor had no right to say this to you.
