Okay four weeks ago I had a massive influenza attack. I haven't had a flu in 3 years so when it hit, it hit me hard.
Now here I am four weeks, feeling better than I had eariler. Yet I still sort of feel the symptoms. There's no pain in my stomach, nothing that feels like nasuea, yet I constantly feel the urge with little or no influence to it. Theres sometimes gurgling in there which I assume is gas. I know it might all be in my head because I never end up throwing up and the feeling only lasts fifteen minutes to an hour. Sometimes it lasts all night, but night is when my mind wanders so im always thinking about things. And this has been on my mind for awhile now.
So does anyone think this is all in my head and just being influenced by other things?
It is not unusual to have nausea continue after the flu. Try Emmetrol. This is an over the counter liquid that can settle your stomach. Also avoid fried and spicy foods. If that doesn't do it, check with your doctor.
