About a year ago, I was diagnosed with HPV. For about 4 years, my periods have been irregular. I'm usually always late, sometimes a month, sometimes 2 weeks. Lately, I've been having severe cramping like I'm about to start, but only this time, my right ovary is swollen. I can feel it on the outside. I keep getting shooting pains into both of them. It's been going on for almost a week now. Should I go into the E.R.? My gyno is not available until the end of next week. I feel nauseous and just plain out "icky".

i would go to the hospital if your still having those problems unless your able to wait until the end of next week.
do you know everything there is to know about HPV? If not i can send you some helpful websites.
have you talked to your doctor about taking birth control pills to regulate your period.
did you talk to your doctor about your menses problem? he should be able to rule things out or tell you why your having this problem.
