About 3 years ago I started noticing that when I lie on my right side I get very nauseous. It doesn't happen in any other position. I read some posts linking it to ear problems, which I have (my ears block up when combined with a runny nose and a tense throat, and often fatigue plays a part as well), but a lot of them describe the nausea when lying down and not only when lying on a specific side.

Any ideas? Should I see a doctor?
