nausea, stomach pain, after midnight if I am laying down?

I am a 25 yr old female i have been bleeding for almost a yr and have started feeling sick every night for the last 4months. can any one help me find out what is wrong? It only happens after midnight and only if I am laying dowwn. If I set up for a while it stops, but always starts when I lay back down.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bleeding that prolonged needs immediate work up and management to find out the cause of bleeding. Complete hemodynamic profile needs to be addressed.
